Best way to get your hands on forest raised, non-GMO pork! Includes USDA processing and packaging. A whole hog share is $4.75/pound by the hanging weight and $5.25/pound for a half share. The hanging weight is the weight as it ages in the cooler, typically about 200 lbs. (about $950 for a whole and $525 for a half). This translates to about 100 lbs in your freezer (50 lbs for a half). This is a great deal on pork!
Processing includes nitrate free bacon. $1/lb extra for bulk sausage, $1.50/lb extra for link sausage; 25lb minimum to make sausage (for example, if you would like real maple syrup breakfast sausage links, it will cost $37.50 extra to have them mix the spices, make the links, and package them).
